"Actually, yes" is a pretty hypothetical conclusion. Why did the deficits explode, then? Oh, I forget, because Reagan only got 3/4 of the budget cuts he wanted. My attack on Les? Curious. I guess I better just toke up before ambling off to the 7-11 for a lottery ticket. Yes, Les is one of the better posters here, compared to the V/I/J gang. Big whip.
