>> How much of INTC's margins come from Celeron?

A small portion at present.
A more pertinent question is how is the total sales mix going to evolve -- more sales growth expected in the high end or low end? Is recent history a guide? The answer to this question has implications for the overall margins going forward.

>> Did INTC include a pricing war in its business plan?

Some plans perhaps ...

>> What is the long-term prognosis for INTC's margins if AMD drops out?

If they are the only supplier supposedly their margins would be great, if you look at INTC in isolation ... but you have to consider sales of the end product, too.

Do you think AMD is going to drop out soon or that INTC has lowered prices enough to crush AMD?
