I agree with you -- my blocks greater than 2000 sh are almost always partially filled, lending great uncertainty to the buy/sell decision -- uncertainty that usually falls to the MM's advantage. I usually use limits and go at the market only when the spread is 1/4 or less. I am patiently waiting for the day that the new NASD rules apply to all stocks... Mike
