Joe:

In the last year we've seen 3 large sell offs with quick recoveries in the stock price. In all 3 instances we did not see the level of volumn we just experienced.

If memory serves me (and I'm forgetting some of the details) a year ago we experienced a sell off on the day earnings were released. WIND reported a loss with the write off of its acquisition and investors jumped before they looked at the details. The stock recovered within a couple of days.

Two quarters ago the stock ran to $51is up to earnings. The stock sold off and I forget why but it recovered within a week.

Last quarter the stock held steady through the Aug to Oct sell off until the rumor that insiders were selling shares. The stock tanked (just like a couple of weeks ago but on much lower volumn) but recovered in less than a week once the rumor was disproved.

I just think it will now take longer to recover. We're still not seeing significant I2O products to jump start revenues over the 35% growth. Until we do or there is some other fundamental change the stock is going to trade at a lower multiple.
