Spoke with Sitra. All remaining forms have been filed including a form (15C211) from a MM which allows him to start trading the stock as soon as the SEC gives the go ahead. Trading can begin REAL s-o-o-n. Sooner than most think. I expect the word to get out on this one. BANY is definitely the way to play this for now! Thanks for bringing it to our attention McD.
