Steve, the down move always comes faster than the up move. Good opportunity to buy in cheap in a few days I say.

Shelia - I used to teach personal finance to the Junior Achievement class. They enjoyed the stock market game the best. The American kids are very well aware of the money making vehicle of the stock market. I actually saw some 11-12 year old speaking as if they were the day traders themselves - scary. Actually I was hoping that they would lose money by the end of the game period the last two years so that they can get a reality check. It didn't turn out that way though. They were primarily in MSFT, GE, PG and other blue chips.

Papaya - good thing I have yet to contribute my 1998 IRA yet. <GG>
