We are now under severe selling pressure and it will effect all stocks and we should see the effect on Vivus as it is sold as a part of the Russel 2000 indexed fund (Down 4.5% for the year).

We need to hold the December 29th trading low of 2 7/16. Days like today only play into the hands of shorts who have no reason to cover.

Tomorrow will be interesting!
