RANCHO BERNARDO, CALIF. (Feb. 9) BW HEALTHWIRE -Feb. 9, 1999-- Hydrogiene Corp. (NASDAQ:HICS) Tuesday announced that it has signed a
deal with the news-hot Solutions Media Inc. to create a health information and products "Mega-Site."

The deal includes a multi-national site redesign of the current online corporate information and buying center as well as the creation of a Mega-Site to be
named "myhealthylife.com." The site will be available in 11 languages and will offer health information, products, surveys, studies and searchable features
for audiences around the world.

Hydrogiene made a name for themselves these past few years as a premier provider of health and hygiene products. The corporation is most widely
known for their popular product "The Hydrogiene," a bidet that bolts to your existing toilet and is simple to install. Their products are soon to be available
from one of the largest retail chains in the world and are also being tested in the better hotels around the world.

"'The Hydrogiene' is being accepted as the bidet for the United States. Our sales have been rising exponentially over the past few years and we feel it is a
fantastic time to go online and offer our expertise and complete line of products to the world," said Charles Kallman, president of Hydrogiene.

The recent public awareness and concern for healthy, clean, bacteria-free living is evident in the products available at stores today. Anti-bacterial hand
lotions, soaps, shampoos, and wipes are a few of the many products that were born of this desire to live a more healthy life. Hydrogiene plans to
introduce a full line of anti-bacterial products later this year. Hydrogiene's years of health and hygiene experience have them poised to be a major online
resource for information about maintaining a healthier life. Wayne Irving II, president of Solutions Media, has commented that his firm has been
anticipating a project of this nature for some time and that the team is really excited to get started.

myhealthylife.com will be co-owned by Solutions Media and by Hydrogiene. Solutions Media plans to offer virtual online sale points for smaller health
product manufactued interface for convergence technologies. Peacock Financial Corp. (OTC BB: PFCK) an investment holding company based in San
Jacinto, Calif., is an equity partner of Solutions Media, and intends, with the help of Capital Asset Management (http://www.worldassetpros.com), to take
the company public later this year.
