Re: "Remember, you could really get killed, short term, if the DOJ wins. The market would "panic" and go down." Isn't DOJ's victory a foregone conclusion? Do you agree that only a miracle could sway Judge Jackson's opinion in MSFT's favor at this late juncture, his well known prejudice notwithstanding. Do you really think that the majority of investors are pricing MSFT based on a court victory in this round, and that too as a sure thing, so much so, a defeat would cause a 'panic'.
