Hi Darrin,

The company told me they had had numerous enquiries from U.S. investors and brokers for more info. Compared with U.S. biotech cos. the enquirers remarked that BIO was cheap.

There really hasn't been that much demand - the stock has moved up on low volume. The story about the N.Y. trip is true, but it's not like they sign an agreement one day and announce it the next. A licensing agreement will mean trial design and satisfactory results. It comes down to the same simple point - do they have the drug? If they don't then the large multi-national would have said good-bye by now.

I have to admit though the it's difficult not to get caught up in the volatility. I keep reminding myself they need a $4.00 stock price for 3 months to get a NASDAQ listing, otherwise they're wasting $40,000 in
costs. Also the employee options are not exercisable until $3.30 has been achieved for 3 months.

Bob Rieveley imagines himself in the Bill Gates mould (bear with me on this) and plans not to sell stock but to pay out dividends. We shall see.

Take care, Robin
