I remember being pitched to buy 1 million shares. I called a few people and did some quick homework and decided not to touch it. Several hedge funds also got a look at it and said no. TCW I believe took down a chunk along with several other firms in parcels of 500,000 to 1,000,000. They actually did the block trade below the bid side of the market.

That was my introduction to CCUR. A friend who took part of the block started to show me an easy trading pattern. Buy below $1.75 to $2 and sell above $2.50 to $2.75 for the personal account. It wasn't until mid 1997 that I started to become interested in the company and the industry. I had some experience with Time Warner (starting a cable network) and I knew one of the top engineers for the Full Service Network. That is where I learned about VOD and I was surprised to find that CCUR was targeting the area. And here we are at $4 from one. Those guys would be real happy if they just held onto the CCUR stock that CYBG sold at fire sale prices.

Ken, it has been a long road with many ups and downs over the past 18 months in this stock. It will likely remain volatile. Once we get coverage from a large firm such as BT Alex Brown or Raymond James, this type of movement will be less likely because there will be more visability. It was nice to see it close at the $4 level. Where are the tech people? Does this mean anything to the tech traders?
