I can't imagine that there are many left who believe MS will win in this round. Still, though, announcement of a loss will lead to a period of uncertainty that would probably depress the stock. I'm not positive, but I believe the verdict would be announced before any remedies are proposed, so folks would be guessing for a few days even if an appeal is guaranteed. It sure does look like the split and the verdict might going to come along at about the same time.
