I guess Ballard had to reduce their price a bit to get the Honda order back. Since you obviously don't know. Follow-on orders are the result of good business practices and satisfied customers. That's why Bat never gets them. For example the multimillion dollar contracts for electric postal vehicles and US government HEV projects were awarded elsewhere.
