G'day all - Jeff, thx for the article, what took them so long <sg>?! I ve held RECY for a brief period of time last time, then I saw it hit a 52 wk lo today. So, being a nosy body, I pulled up its latest 10K. It seems that they have convertible pfr up the ying-yang! Although there is no detail term of conversion, it does seem some of them a convertible based on the lump sum. Not too good. Not sure if the RECY threaders knew about it, so I thought good folks here might want to take a look and confirm my suspicion. Once confirmed [or, better choice is disproved,] maybe a heads up to the holders there best, Bosco
