You mentioned that they might want to screw the holders of the 4 million shares. Did you bother to ask at what price the holders of the 4 million shares got the stock? If they reverse split, say 1 for 10, that would bring the price up to 70 cents but what would it do for the holders of the 4 million shares? Provide one hell of a selling opportunity I suppose!!

This company has demonstrated nothing but a lack of leadership for as long as I've watched it. Good luck on this one.
