>>>>>I know that's what men love<<<<<
You are probably right. And, if that's what you love, I hope that's what you get.
I loved my grandmothers. My father's father died when he was twelve, there were two boys, my uncle was ten. That grandmother was part owner of, and ran, a hardware store. My memories of the hardware store are a little vague, she sold it and used the money to help pay for my father and uncle to go to dental school. She also moved nearby to babysit for us kids while my mother worked as a legal secretary.
My mother's mother got divorced when my mother was thirteen. That grandmother's second husband owned a restaurant. I remember her restaurant very well, she worked in it from 6:00 pm to 1 or 2:00am six days a week, she waited tables and she cooked, and she cleaned it up after it closed. Her husband ran it during the day, but it was busy at night. During the day she bought food and supplies for the restaurant, and she took care of her mother, who had had a stroke and was a helpless invalid.
My mother could type 120 words a minute.
I have a law degree, cum laude, and a Master's of Law (with distinction) - I graduated number one in my Master's of Law class. I specialize in personal injury and medical malpractice. I have tried cases before juries, and have only lost one trial. I have been admitted to three state bars. I have two sons, both born completely natural, without any anesthesia. I can rebuild a carburator, I can tune a car, I can replace a set of brakes. I have run a printing press, and printed and published books. I can develop my own photographs, and print them. I have assisted in surgery, and helped deliver hundreds of babies, including some dead. Among my hobbies are refinishing furniture, and carpentry. I have assisted in political campaigns. I am a fairly decent shot with a pistol.
Not a paper doll among us, I would say. Oh, well. Too bad.<g> |
