Jill Birchill says angeion is aggressively pursuing their suit against Guidant. Another medical device company that sued Guidant over a patent issue announced that they prevailed today and were awarded over 12 mil in damages. Poster on Yahoo claims that trial is scheduled to begin in April. Also maintained that Angeion's position is considerably stronger than the failed claim that St. Jude brought to court. Isn't it amazing how a small move up looms so large?
