Sue their butts! I used to have an account with these crooks and it was a nightmare. You can see my complaints back at the beginning of this thread. Their "free trades" offer is just bait to get your order in their greedy hands. As you've discovered, once they have your order they will fill it if and when the market goes against you. Do they still post on this thread posing as happy customers?
