Well Rod you're right about the shirts and you're right that this thread is about anything that will affect the price of the stock. Thus my apologies to you;however, I do disagree with your sentiments about having Rodman as a "spokesperson".Just this evening I spotted a Fila TV commercial with Grant Hill making referance to playing the game the "fair/right" way. This spot struck me funny as it seemed to be a preemptive strike upon Converse's upcoming ad campaign. If you want to rethink your feelings on Converse take a look at their offerings in the recent Eastbay catalogue and pay particular attention to childrens shoes and their prices. The kids market is large because as anyone with kids knows they seem to grow out of new shoes by the time you leave the store. My point is simply that in my opinion the Converse line looks great and is priced to fit the family of 2.2 kids pocketbook alot better then the others. The fact that many of them are made in America and they were worn by their parents while growing up doesn't hurt either. This turnaround story certainly is worth a look for at least the next few quarters.Sometime this month Converse's web site will be up.I look foward to visiting with an eye towards whats coming down the pike.
