Robin Cornwell as Vice Chairman, Capital Markets. Based in Toronto, Mr. Cornwell will be responsible for the firm's overall investment banking business including the management of C.M. Mr. Cornwell, who obtained his Masters of Business Administration and Business and Economics degrees from York University, has over 25 years of experience in senior research and corporate finance capacities in Canada. With Gordon Capital Corporation since 1984 as a Senior Partner and Director, Mr. Cornwell served that firm in the capacity of Director of Research and Corporate Finance. He has acted as ail advisor to a number of major financial institutions in Canada, and in the 1980's acted as Chief Advisor to the House of Commons, Standing Committee of Finance, Trade and Economic Affairs on its inquiries into "Bank Profits" and on the "Status of Foreign Banks" in Canada.
