It's my biggest position T2, but only 30%. Remember, you could really get killed, short term, if the DOJ wins. The market would "panic" and go down.

If the DOJ wins, I don't see a drop in the price. I think a loss is already factored in. People are expecting an appeal from MSFT to appeals court which is friendlier to MSFT (based upon Windows95 rulings).
In any case, the decision probably won't come earlier than this summer. Remember what happened when AOL/netscape merger was announced. The stock was down in Europe and down at the open the following day---bought at the open. In my opinion a loss at this level is already factored in to the price. When the decision comes out, the stock should move up ("rumor vs. news" reasoning in some ways)
