It sure does look like the split and the verdict might going to come along at about the same time. No way!! MSFT is expected to finish Mid March and Jackson can't announce a detailed, well thought out decision that fast. Remember it has to hold up in appeals court.--I am expecting a decision in June or July. Just my opinion
