Sam, Yes - Tandon. Sorry, my mind says one thing and my typing fingers go somewhere else. The only point there is that when Tandon couldn't pay WD, WD ended up getting into the disk drive business, as I recall. It might not be a fair analogy but could this not be a backdoor way for IBM to acquire WD?? Regards, LT
