I received two responses from SEC. The first one was an acknowledgement of receipt of my email and the assertion that it is the policy of the SEC to answer all complaints. The second was from a named individual at SEC assuring me that the complaint would be looked into and replied to in an expeditious manner. If SEC gets enough email regarding SHVA/INTC, there is bound to be some action.
