" Resubmitted its application" this co is struggling to get a BB listing, it could be rejected again. I don't see anything here about an IPO. Was this delisted due to the new rules of Jan 4? Is their an S-1 filed by BANY? Just be cautious, BB stocks are ALWAYS much more risky and they will not get any press or trade like a NASDAQ Co. Just my thoughts, DC
