William, I bet that the majority of "investors" in America do not even know what shorting is. I write those rebuttles to the analysts by proxy of those that haven't a clue what is going on. Analysts say buy because they need someone to sell to. Analysts say sell because they want to buy cheaper. CNBC broadcasts to the masses and they are all blind sheep and do as they are told.

That is what I am talking about.

As for the 20 stocks. . .my point is that these 20 stocks showed some of the biggest losses over the past 3-4 days [or more]. NOT because they no longer have value. But in my opinion, they took losses just so the fund managers can buy them cheaply.

So by predicting our value of the1 compared to where they end up this week, we can see more easily the reasons the market is "being tanked." Call it conspiracy if you wish, but the REASON for the traditional "February Sell-off" is to adjust the portfolio holdings of the major mutual funds from their "January Effect" buys. Nothing more.

I am merely proposing a fight-back strategy that keeps us in the right mind-set as we face the bleak days of a tanking market.

The rally that ensues from the mutual fund "buy programs" will be SO fast that it will be too late for the average investor to jump in, IMO.

I go out on limbs here. . . it is what I do . . .calling a spade a spade and looking into the future to profit from what I see.
