**off topic** Anthony, actually, I think you are thinking of
just plain old weight training... But I have a high metabolism, which means that I must eat around 5,000 calories a day...But the pain isn't after I do the exercises, it's during the exercises....Although I do admit the nutrition gets a little tiresome too... Eating 16 egg whites a day get's pretty old...I'm not into the steroids though. I think they have enough supplements out there such as creatine and whey protein that steroids really aren't required... As a good friend of mine says, you always know you did a kick ass set of squats when you
run to the bathroom and throw up right afterwards ; )
