Just saw the reference myself and tracked it down. The title is something like
"Shawn Murphy's Bull's and Bear's".

Check Shawn's profile, scan the recent posts to find the one that started it.
There were only about 17 posts as I recall. The theme was more high-risk,
and oriented to "experienced investors". I decided not to save a bookmark.
