A little sensitive aren't we?

Well maybe you will have enough sense to listen to me, and maybe you'll save some of your hard-earned money. In case you didn't notice, there's a huge rotation out of Internet stocks right now. Perhaps the Lycos deal with USA Networks got your attention. The president of Lycos apparently thought that his stock was really only worth two-thirds of the current price. That's why it was down 40 points late this afternoon.

Now I know what you're hoping for. You're looking for a repeat of DBCC where the stock rocketed in anticipation of the MarketWatch spinoff. But things change. The Internet frenzy is over for now - dead. Everyone and their grandmother has known about this IPO for months now. Only several months ago, this was a $3 stock. Tell me, who is left to buy this stock? I hope you observed what happened to DBCC as soon as MKTW was priced. It's off 60% from its highs.

This NetRadio IPO is a dog. Broadcast.com has it all over these guys. You are assuming that this IPO is going to open way above its offer when in fact the market environment may give it a much smaller premium. See you in the single digits.

I am neither long nor short the stock, but I can go long or short at any time. I'll try not to be disruptive, so here's a little cheer for you.

Rah rah sis boom bah gooooooooooooooooooo NAVR! Feel better now?
