I do have a case against EGRP. If JBOH was trading at 20 -21 two - five minutes after I
placed the order it should not be filled at 23 7/8 15 - 30 minutes later. No matter what
kind of disclaimer they put up there is an implied warranty or level of service that is
expected from a business. At the very least I should have been able to get a confirmation
immediately from the broker I spoke to 5 minutes after the trade.
