Mark,

Since you are now a holder of 25,000 Vivus shares, why don't you come to the share holder movement thread and enlighten us as to the legalities involved (we need to know what the cold hard facts are) in trying to dethrown Wilson. I have made some assumptions but I still have absolutely no solid confirmation as to whether we could hold a special share holders vote to oust Wilson or if we need to get rid of him by getting control over the Vivus board.

Everyone wants to give me their shares for voting rights but few if any have volunteered to help organize or have contributed anything of substance.
