hope you all had a chance to add to your position on the pull back. did not believe we would have a pull back this soon but things happen. at the same time it gave a good chance to buy more. talked to konnie and joe today. this is the first time i have talked to joe and was very impressed. he is very intellegent and as friendly as can be. ask him a straight out question and you will get an answer. at this time there are 2 units under construction and plans to have a total of 5 to 7 new units open by the end of this year. on track to complete this with no problem. acquisition going very well and does plan to have it completed this quarter. earnings for last quarter will show a profit. there was a question reguarding more shares coming to the market. have to say was worried about it whene i first heard but joe was able to put it to rest. there are preferd shres out that will be converted to comon. would not tell me exactly but said it will not be as many as people think at this time. he is more than aware of the situation and it is being delt with. joe's office is receiving about 500 to 700 phone calls a day on there stock. i believe that the message is getting out. showed today as the smart investor where buying the stock that others where scared into selling. konnies office is also receiving phone calls all day long on joes. there is a lot of interest in joes and as these investors complete there dd i beliieve we are going to see even stronger volume and will break that $2 level with no problem. just remember not to let yourself get scared into selling a good stock due to the mm's. from the information i was given today 350,000 of the shares traded today where on the up side yet the mm's lowerd the stock price must like to help those shorters out. that wont last. also was told that they are looking into a few other posible acquisitions. when this first acquisition is complete they will be on a strong acquisition trail. to sum it up for me. this is a no brainer. will be putting everything i can into this as this stock may have a couple of profit taking days but in the long run there is no place for eat at joes stock to go but up. for any of you that have any questions i suggest that you call.
