Yes, I also refused to participate in the FOLLY that transpired today. I put my money where my mouth is and bought back in on AOL.

I have strong feelings that we will see a slight head fake up tomorrow morning then what I call about two small scare fakes and later in the afternoon we will begin to stabilize. I do not see a dramatic upturn this week but several little fake outs on a ascending scale. Unc, people must realize that it is the Houses that have the most to lose and the most to gain by these gyrations. Now pain, that is the little man's payment for this unsolicited CRAP. The market is absolutely screaming to be bought by the quality stocks. This is why I feel it is imperative for investors to try and keep money on the side.

One of the keys in seeing manipulation as opposed to fundamentals is to watch a stock and its price at a certain down point in the day and then look at its price with the market down another 90 points. When the market was down today about 55 pts around noon, AL was down about 10 1/4 after a further 90 point decline it was still down 10 1/4. This shows you the Houses are looking for buys not disaster. They are not going to let their inventories be destroyed. Like I have said before, they are trying to scare investors not panic them.
