SEC Investigates Publicly Traded Company and Privately Owned WRLB & Associates

The SEC announced today that they have commenced an investigation into the trading activities of a "OTC shell" and a privately held company WRLB and Assocites.

The SEC alledges that WRLB and Associates gave false and misleading information that lead investors to purchase shares of an OTC shell cumpinie at inflated values.

Shootem, Scrum, Shoe and Associates has filed a class action suit today on behalf of shareholders.

VP Ell Bee commented from the Miami airport prior to a flight to Buenos Aires "S,S,S&A have not properly examined our business plan or our press releases. Our stock has not yet publicly traded. The poor babies that bought some shell cumpinie without knowing which one was our target were speculators and cannot pin anything on me."

Ell Bee further commented that he planed an extended stay in Argentina with very distant relatives.

President Rumberger was not available for comment but sources say he had left on the cumpinie jet for an appointment in Brazil.

Nick the janitor had this to say, "Mr Rumberger is a very nice man. He gave me this job even though no one else would hire me after my prison release. After we spent time in the pen together ... um, let me take that back. Hey where you guys going...
