Primus just filed a 13G. This is bullish. Also, recent sale is old news, and factored. With lock out expirations, this is quite "normal".
Primus had to file a 13G, as they have acquired and/or consolidated their positions through various legal enities. Now, if they were going to sell anytime soon, they would not have "pooled". This is very bullish, as these guys seem to be in for the long term, and now have about 25%-30% of the current float locked up. (6.7% of the total outstanding)
13G's usually start to trigger the option players. the option action starts to trigger the stock players.
Good stock pickers, investors and traders buy into days like today, especially when nothing fundamental has occurred, and especially so, with a back drop of improving fundamentals.
