U.S. Should Buy Japanese Bonds -- Japan Wait!!!! This is the same guy who was quoted in the Financial Times today begging the Bank of Japan to buy JGB (Japanese Gov't Bonds). But who will buy them when they know even more debt is about to be issued around the corner until Japan's debt eventually surpasses total US debt?? I bet this is giving all the macro-economic gurus fits!! It is certainly keeping me hopping trying to figure out which way the markets will be trending. Gold could be interesting... but I suspect there will be contining pressure by CB's to protect the "system" and that will mean continuing threats to sell, or actual sales of gold, from their reserves. Any thoughts? Regards, Ron
