Lawrence, if at all, Y2K should actually accelerate some capex of older equipment into this year, many small businesses will rather dump their old PC then have to handle Y2k problems. Those that have embedded chip problems may face even greater expenditure. It is like after a major natural catastrophe, spending increases to repair the damage.
