Remember "Abandoned Luncheonette" the 70s hit by Hall & Oates?

That's the appropriate soundtrack for Investor Relations.

Marketing's another story - all this hype & noise over
picayune sales. The local Starbucks outlet enjoys
higher revenues.

The linked article confirmed to me that the "voice" side
of IT presents enormous potential.

I haven't heard a compelling argument (or a weak one) that
explains or predicts where and how BIV plays in this space.

Just downside surprises like revenue shortfalls,
turnstile management, a lot of new debt,
higher dilution, stock re-engineering
and recidivist tout sheets.
