CBS Evening News with Dan Rather, Tues., 2/9/99, 'Eye On America - The Money Net' was a five-minute feature on MP3.COM. However, no mention of DIMD or the RIO.

They interviewed MP3.COM's founder, who recounted how an investment firm recently offered him $10 million for his business. He said 'no.'

The piece also mentioned the recent IBM deal, though not in any detail.

An extremely positive story on the "new" business of music on the Internet - it can't hurt. You go, Dan.
