Long time no see! I miss the old chatroom. Hope you have been well!
I am not really trying to get rid of anyone. I just would like to see a bit more human decency show up in us all. I did a total flame job on a "bad guy" one time in another stock and someone replied to me and said "You shouldn't post here what you wouldn't be proud (or at least not ashamed of) to wear on a sign around your neck."
Now, I spit and flustered over that awhile, but in the end, I saw he was right. Would I want my mom to read what I had typed? No way!!!
Luckily for me, my mom knows my sense of humor, and wouldn't be real moved by the style I use with people now, but she'd get out the wooden spoon if she saw me posting some of the things spewing from posters on here. From both sides.
No, I knew my post to Paul was futile, but I thought possibly a bit of calm questioning and reasoning would maybe cause him to think and tone it down. No, I don't see any reason for anyone to leave, but it would be nice to be treated with a bit of respect. In turn, if he were to adjust his attitude a bit, I would like to think others here would also.
Guys, lets stop letting him goad us into saying things we wouldn't say to a person face to face. We were having fun tonight with the jokes and then he showed up and SCREECH...it was over. What's that all about?
Sorry, it's been a long day and I was so enjoying the happy tone of the thread before our resident "inquisitor" showed up to ruffle our feathers. He got satisfaction too, IMO.
Let's not let him rock our confidence or steal our joy.
