BAD NEWS this should put the nail in the coffin-why?try thinking about-jt and senior maNAGEMENT GOT MARGIN OUT OF over 1 million shares. this tells me that obviously these guys knew they were heavy on margin and they would have sold the company at any price because they knew if they didn't sell it the stock would get hit and they would lose a fortune. so nobody out their had any interest to buy abtx at any price because management was desperate to sell it because they had no money and management was leveraged heavy.nodody wanted to buy this company and this is what is happening. i would not be surprised if the sec and nasdac is investigating and could delist the company. one factor i see for delisting is the company has to get shareholder approval when they issue a % od new stock andobviously the company did not. i don't know exactly the percentage but i know the nasdac and sec cannot be happy with this company printing stock and warrants without shareholder approval. management looks real good and smart-this company is an embarrassment.
