new jersey just passed a law on deregulation of utilties today which allows utilties to compete for customers . oregon and delaware also passed last week. one trend that is building momentum is the deregulation of utilties and the competition for customers. its not a question of if but how quick utilities start implementing this plan-ie this is where converge comes in. still very bullish on dssi and still buying more. when institutions realize this trend and how meter reading is a major part for utilties to compete,lower prices, this stock will fly. this mkt is a herd mkt -still bullish
