I may have interpreted the following part of their news release incorrectly, but I thought all mined ore also provided a royalty that is split between Pan Am and Oroperu. However, on re-reading the release, it seems ambiguous to me.

Here is that portion of the news release.

Pan American Silver and Oroperu Resources will retain jointly a royalty on all gold ounces discovered after a production decision and recovered in mining ranging from 2.0 to 4 per cent of net smelter returns depending on the prevailing gold price and on whether the ounces are heap leach recoverable or non-heap leach recoverable.
