MSFT seems to have handed the judgement to Judge Jackson with their video foul-ups(note: plural). You don't do what MSFT did if you're straight. Latest: Windows 3.1-come on. Differing modem speeds, come-on. MSFT's jr. high courtroom antics. Jackson's gonna hurt'em. I guess MSFT figures it's guilty and a negative judgement was a forgone conclusion. Does it take 14 minutes for Netscape to connect and load?
