What many people choose to forget is that this company was put together at breakneck speed -- we got spoiled, and the failure to see a buyout only rubbed salt in a lot of wounds. It now seems time to adopt the strategy of the tortoise and let the management do its job. For those of you who thik joining the suit will help, you're right. It'll help the lawyers get richer, the company get bogged down and you'll get to tell your friends how much you've grown as a person for standing up for your rights. But you'll still need another buck-twenty five for a subway token to meet them. BTW...Since you mince words in your post, "a deal is in the works..." isn't the same thing as "a deal is done."
