FNHC - 1.625 is the lower trendline, and it needs to stay above this. As for mortgages over the internet, thats a tricky question. There is dome debate now whether people will even pay for big ticket items like cruises or vacations (as opposed to just flights). There is probably a market niche there in terms of servicing clients. However, there is a huge untouched aread between lenders, banks and mortgage companies themselves for a ll the back-office transactions and inter-company activities that aren't being addressed now. I suppose gong the Mortgages via the internet is the way to get something started.
