With 10,760,000 shares outstanding on MOKA common stock, the total deal is currently worth about $3.10/share. Great deal for DDRX, since MOKA's book value is over $4/share. Good deal for MOKA as well, since as DDRX share price goes up (which is expected), the 1,667,000 shares of DDRX common stock become more valuable, raising the deal worth to MOKA.
