I also have that feeling of confidence that PCTR will perform. For me, it's because they do work for DoD. I worked in the consulting business for various govt. clients in DC for many years. Some people might think otherwise, but in my experience DoD is the toughest when it comes to project planning, schedules, deadlines, and budgets. PCTR's success over many years with DoD says a lot to me.

IMO, most other 'net companies work in a frantic, but somewhat laid-back "Netscape" mode. Not that I'm knocking it, but I feel better with PCTR because they have professionals who have shown that they can deliver the goods on time and within budget.
