None of the analysts are too enthusiastic on MTC (Morgan Stanley's rating is "outperform"), and I'll expect them to tinge any Celebrex sales remarks with a doubtful "but........" It may not be a bad thing, since MTC may not get anymore downgrades.

"........ But if the right opportunity came along, we would be crazy not to consider it."

Dupont has denied the rumor, so who would the suitor(s) be?
