MSU, An Internet Set-Top-Box Technology Company, Retains the May Davis Group as Investment Bankers
MILTON KEYNES, England--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 10, 1999--MSU Corporation (OTC BB:MUCP), an Internet set-top-box technology company, announced today that it has retained The May Davis Group as the company's investment bankers.
The May Davis Group succeeds Capital Bay Securities, which ended its relationship with MSU on December 31, 1998.
The May Davis Group focuses on the needs of small to medium-sized companies worldwide, and is actively involved in investment banking, strategic financial advisory services and institutional and retail brokerage.
Wyn Holloway, MSU's chairman, commented, ''May Davis will develop a strategic program to enhance MSU's shareholder value. This program will include a well-defined marketing plan designed to help MSU form alliances, and assist with its overall business strategy.
